Catherine "Pat" (nee Mc Mahon) on April 13, 2009. Beloved wife of Henry W. Zakrzewski, loving mother of Barbara (Daniel), Robert (Maureen), Dr. Michael (Sarah), Joseph (Claire), Mark (Patricia), Dr. Kevin (Chyllene) and Dr. Paul (Laura) Zakrzewski. Grandmother of 23, great grandmother of 3, sister of Mary Jane Price, Frances Friel, James, Joseph, Michael Mc Mahon and the late Geraldine Shields. Family and friends are invited to her viewing Friday 5 -9 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. and to participate in her funeral mass 10 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Int. Westminster Cem. Donations in Pat's name to IHM Memorial Fund 815 Cathedral Rd, Phila., Pa. 19128 would be appreciated by her family.
