Rosemarie (nee Sierant), on September 18, 2019. Loving mother of Joan Nichols, Sharon Hill, Ellen Mizgerd, Peter Passarella, the late Frank Passarella, and Rosemarie Angelo. Grandmother of 15, great grandmother of 9, great great grandmother of 4, sister of Johanna Dougherty, Elizabeth Mc Gowan, George Pownall, the late Eleanor Harihan, Barbara Lynch, Dorothy Mitros, Bernice Watson, Raymond, and Elwood Pownall. Family and friends are invited to meet with her family Sunday starting at 4 PM, to participate in a wake service 4:15 PM, and to celebrate her life with one of her favorite things, ice cream starting at 5 PM., at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Avenue, Phila.
