Obituary of Jacqueline Marie Meyers

In loving memory of Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Meyers, 64

January 1, 1957 - May 1, 2021. 

Loving daughter of the late Joan Barrett Meyers. Jackie was born and raised in Roxborough. She spent her childhood years and many of her adult years a proud resident of Mitchell & Martin Streets.

Jackie graduated from John W. Hallahan High School, Class of 1975. She spent many years working at D'Angelo's Summit restaurant making memories and life long friendships. She loved traveling, decorating, the sun, the beach, good food, good company, a good party and a good laugh. Above all, she loved her dogs, friends and her family dearly.

Jackie is the sister of Teri Meyers Koniecki & Al, Lynn Meyers Omlor & Tom and the late Denny Meyers, sister-in-law of Ann Marie; the partner of Tom Obst; the Aunt to Lauren Omlor Trimbur (Chris), Freddie Koniecki (Alicia), Joanna Omlor Cahill (John), Andrew Koniecki (Mary Beth), Alissa Omlor Craddock (Dave), Jessica Meyers Stack (Rob) & Sara Meyers and the Great Aunt to 17 great nieces & nephews and many close cousins.

Her wings were ready and she most certainly was greeted in heaven by some of the best. Jackie was loved and will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

A service of remembrance will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Tuesday June 15, 2021 at 9:30am, with a mass at 10:30am. Private burial will follow for immediate family.
